What you will do concretely

Drive procurement transformation

  • Simplify, structure, and evolve processes and tools.

Develop an elite team

Support strategic decisions

  • Support the director in sourcing and integrating new international suppliers.

Requested skills

What we are looking for

What you need:

  • DEC or Bachelor's degree in operations management, administration, or supply chain;

  • 3 to 5 years of team management experience;

  • 5 years of procurement experience, ideally in a manufacturing environment;

  • Bilingual. This position requires proficiency in English due to regular interactions with English-speaking international clients and partners. English enables providing quality service, drafting precise business documents, and collaborating effectively.

  • A rigorous, structured, results-oriented mindset;

  • Inspirational leadership, ability to navigate between strategy and execution;

  • A customer-centric culture and a taste for innovative approaches.

What would be a plus:

  • Familiarity with ERP environments

  • Knowledge of the aluminum sector
