Your responsibilities:

•    You implement effective practices for inter-plant management, generating the necessary documentation and training teams on processes.
•    You monitor the supply chain and ensure that all workstations receive the right parts at the right time.
•    You rigorously monitor the deadlines set out in the production schedule, identifying and addressing production issues that could delay the processing of requests.
•    You contribute to the management of inventories and finished products to ensure optimal levels.

In the first year:
•    You will be autonomous in the process of creating work orders in the system;
•    You will implement measurable inter-plant improvements, ensuring better synchronization of parts flows between sites;
•    You will develop and maintain performance indicators to track the level of service provided to our customers;
•    You implement tracking methods for critical parts to secure access to critical parts and reduce the risk of production interruptions.
•    You support planning by tracking and coordinating activities related to engineering changes.
•    You act as a mentor to teams to share best practices in coordination, logistics, and data management.

You are the person we are looking for if:

•    You have significant experience in operations management, planning, or continuous improvement.
•    You demonstrate natural leadership and have the ability to convince and motivate teams.
•    You are thorough, organized, and have a keen eye for detail.
•    You are adaptable and able to work well under pressure.
•    You have experience in developing and implementing systems and processes.
