Well, we need you at Scène Éthique. You will participate in the assembly and welding of our creative, innovative projects. A passionate team is ready to welcome you to our air-conditioned workshop.

Scène Éthique invites you to take the stage and join us as a Welder-Assembler.
For over 30 years, we have embodied innovation, quality, and sustainability in the entertainment world. Scène Éthique's mission is to provide cultural companies here and abroad with innovative mechanical and structural designs.

Your responsibilities:
1-Read and interpret welding plans and symbols.
2-Clean, polish, and prepare surfaces before welding, if necessary.
3-Weld steel and aluminum using MIG welding techniques.
4-Ensure the quality of welds using measuring tools and visual inspection.
5-Assemble and adjust parts according to established procedures.
6-Contribute to meeting quality standards and production deadlines.
7-Comply with health and safety rules and company standards.
8-Actively contribute to the improvement of practices and processes.
9-Perform any other related tasks that may be requested.

What success looks like:
In the first 6 months:
• You will be able to read plans independently and prepare and maintain your workspace and the tools you need to perform your tasks.
• You will demonstrate rigor in your work methods and productivity, while complying with the company's processes and quality standards.
• You will be able to collaborate, communicate, and work harmoniously with your colleagues as part of a team.

In the first year:
• You will be able to participate and collaborate in the assembly of complex parts.
• You will be required to prepare various components as needed using the appropriate equipment and tools.
• You must be able to manufacture and use the necessary templates to improve production.
• You will be able to perform several finishing steps on different parts and ensure their overall quality.

You are the person we are looking for if:
• You have a vocational diploma in welding/assembly.
• You are proficient in FCAW and GMAW on steel, and GTAW on aluminum and steel.
• You are organized, independent, meticulous, resourceful, and versatile.
• Team spirit and collaboration are daily motivations for you to accomplish your work.
• You have French comprehension (mandatory)
