Your mission: to build growth
In this key position, you will be responsible for developing the commercial strategy and leading the entire sales function to support the growth of our organization.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
- Lead and inspire: Define and implement a sales strategy aimed at achieving our short-term goals and long-term vision
- Supervise the sales team, which includes account managers, sales representatives, marketing experts, and sales administration staff
- Structure the sales function: Establish a comprehensive framework that includes sales processes, key performance indicators (KPIs), pricing strategies, forecasts, and reports
- Expand our OEM customer base and distribution network
- Implement robust business development processes
- Ensure consistent and predictable revenue growth in Canada, the United States, and select international markets
- Define the team structure needed to support the strategy, recruit, train, and coach team members, evaluate their performance, and manage their succession plan
- Analyze the market: Gain a deep understanding of the market, assess trends, monitor the competition, and analyze customer data to identify opportunities and risks
- Plan products: Develop a product plan in collaboration with general managers and development teams at our various sites

ProfileWith the following skills and qualities, you will be successful in this role:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, business administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 10 years of experience managing sales teams in a B2B industrial setting
- Good knowledge of the manufacturing sector and strong interpersonal skills in dealing with OEM suppliers
- Proven leadership, strategic thinking, and ability to make informed decisions
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, in English and French (10/10), for communicating with customers
- Strong negotiation skills and understanding of long-term supply contracts
- Proficiency in CRM tools (including Salesforce)
- Good judgment, keen political sense, and collaborative spirit within the executive committee
