Mission

As a Technical Buyer, you will manage off-the-shelf purchases and services while ensuring compliance with cost, timeline, and quality requirements, in order to support product development, equipment innovation, and maintenance. With a focus on continuous improvement, you will help secure supply, optimize total cost, improve supplier performance, and ensure the reliability of purchasing data in our ERP system.


In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Research, evaluate, and select suppliers (total cost, lead times, quality, capacity)
  • Prepare and analyze price requests/RFPs and recommend the best purchasing strategies
  • Negotiate terms (price, Incoterms, lead times, terms and conditions) and contribute to meeting cost targets
  • Manage out-of-stock purchases and orders (creation, confirmations, follow-ups, delivery tracking)
  • Collaborate with engineering, maintenance, production, and warehouse teams to ensure a secure supply chain
  • Ensure quality control: non-conformities, returns, corrective actions, and supplier performance improvement
  • Keep purchasing data up to date in the ERP (items, suppliers, prices, lead times) and ensure the reliability of information
  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and propose continuous improvement initiatives
