In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
- Support production in the adjustment and ramp-up of thermoforming and router processes
- Actively participate in the introduction of new products
- Implement safe work methods based on industry best practices
- Participate in continuous improvement projects (PVA, SMED, 5S, Kaizen, etc.)
- Analyze and optimize processes to improve productivity and reduce waste
- Participate in risk assessments of equipment and workstations
- Collaborate closely with production, planning, engineering, and other teams
- You have a college diploma in mechanical engineering, plastics engineering or equivalent experience.
- You have 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar position

- Experience in plastics processing
- Experience in thermoforming
- Knowledge of CNC routers
- Knowledge of Fusion 360, SolidEdge, and Rhino 7
