We are looking for a project manager to manage several large-scale projects, ensuring that the highest quality standards in our industries are met. In this role, you will lead projects as big as your ambition to deliver high-quality products to our clients!
In this position, you will have the opportunity to:
- Participate in the new product submission process.
- Manage communications with customers and internally for parts in production start-up.
- Be responsible for the production part approval process (PPAP) and the schedule for assigned projects.
- Interact with subcontractors as part of the production part approval process. (PPAP)
- Support production, analyze production problems, and implement solutions
- Manage changes to production methods
- Manage documentation of production methods and customer requirements
- Optimize manufacturing processes

ProfileWith the following skills and qualities, you will be successful in this role:
- Training in mechanical, industrial, or metallurgical engineering, project management, or any other related field
- Ability to communicate in French and English, both verbally and in writing, in order to interact with our English-speaking clients
- Strong ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Good analytical skills, resourcefulness, curiosity, meticulousness, and a love of teamwork
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office software

- Knowledge of working methods in foundry, machining, painting, and other metal transformation processes
- Basic knowledge of geometric tolerancing
