Mission Do you have experience managing product development projects and want to lead complex initiatives with major manufacturers? Are you looking to have a real impact on the solutions being developed?

As part of our Track Systems team, you will lead complex projects from initial requirements definition through to production launch, working closely with customers and internal teams.


You will mobilize stakeholders, make key decisions, and ensure that technical, budgetary, and schedule objectives are achieved.


Specifically, you’ll be responsible for:


  • Lead complex product development projects from customer requirements definition through to production launch
  • Be accountable for technical results, costs, budgets, schedules, and key deliverables for the projects entrusted to you
  • Act as the primary point of contact for OEM customers and ensure effective communication throughout the development process
  • Define project objectives, scope, product specifications, and load cases in collaboration with customers and internal teams
  • Mobilize and coordinate multidisciplinary teams from various functions and business units across Soucy
  • Lead a team of engineers, design engineers, and designers to ensure proper coordination and progress of project activities
  • Oversee the design of new track systems and rubber tracks, ensuring alignment between customer requirements, technical solutions, and project objectives
  • Coordinate activities with purchasing, product validation, manufacturing engineering, production, and other involved functions

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in product development project management, preferably in a manufacturing environment
  • Proven experience managing complex, multidisciplinary projects
  • Experience in product development and mechanical systems design
  • Experience serving as the primary point of contact for customers or key business partners
  • Bilingual in French and English, both spoken and written
  • Member of the Ordre des ingénieurs du Québec (OIQ)
