In this position, you will have the opportunity to:
- Analyze maintenance data (breakdown history, costs, downtime) and all production stoppages to identify trends, root causes of recurring failures, and opportunities for improvement
- Develop and optimize preventive maintenance (PM) based on data analysis, criticality analysis (RCM), industry best practices, and manufacturer recommendations
- Update and manage preventive maintenance schedules in our computerized maintenance management system (CMMS), ensuring their relevance and effectiveness
- Participate in the implementation and continuous improvement of the CMMS
- Work closely with the field maintenance, engineering, and production teams to understand operational challenges and propose solutions based on analysis
- Develop key performance indicators (KPIs) for reliability and monitor their progress
- Prepare reports and presentations to communicate analysis results and improvement recommendations to management and relevant teams• Manage reliability improvement projects, including failure mode and effects analysis (FMEA)
- Monitor technological developments in best practices in reliability and maintenance

Profile With the following skills and qualities, you will be successful in this role:- College diploma (DEC) in industrial maintenance technology, mechanical engineering, or a related field. A bachelor's degree in mechanical or industrial engineering is an asset
- Very good knowledge of industrial maintenance principles, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
- Significant experience in maintenance data analysis and root cause identification
- In-depth knowledge of preventive maintenance program planning and optimization
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to interpret technical and financial data
- Proficiency in computer tools, including office software (Excel, PowerPoint) and data analysis tools
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) and ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner
- Rigorous, autonomous, and organized
- Proficiency in computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS)
