Every day, you will have the opportunity to collaborate, analyze, and innovate. You will be in charge of the entire month-end process and will be the point of contact during the annual audit. We are looking for someone who can quickly grasp needs in a constantly changing environment.
Your role will also involve maintaining harmonious business relationships, as you will be in contact with several stakeholders (Soucy Service Center, external auditors, etc.).

Here's an overview of your tasks:
- Participate in the management of all accounting transactions
- Supervise the financial accounting team
- Manage the month-end process and prepare the monthly financial statements
- Analysing the profitability of various investment projects and carrying out various cost analyseses
- Prepare the various grant applications
- Prepare the annual audit file and act as a resource person for the external auditors' annual visit
- Implement performance monitoring and management tools
- Participate in the project to implement a new ERP (SAP) and other special projects
- Assist the Financial Director

ProfileWith the following skills and qualities, you’ll thrive in this role:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting
- CPA designation
- 5 years of relevant experience in a similar role, preferably in a manufacturing environment
- Experience in an accounting firm
- Excellent knowledge of accounting standards
- Strong proficiency in MS Office tools, especially Excel
- Bilingual for client communication (French and English)
- Attention to detail, analytical mindset, leadership, and autonomy are key qualities
- Ability to manage multiple files simultaneously under tight deadlines
