What does a fun internship look like?
Are you looking for a hands-on internship that will allow you to get involved, apply your knowledge of production, and have a real impact on improving work methods? This internship is for you!
As a manufacturing engineering intern, you will help improve our production methods by combining safety, efficiency, and innovation.
During this internship, you will have the opportunity to:
- Participate in the implementation of safe and efficient work methods.
- Collaborate directly with production teams and understand the reality on the ground.
- Develop and improve clear work instructions for operators.
- Identify and implement opportunities for continuous improvement
- Support the design and commissioning of tools
- Follow up on method documents (ranges, instructions, etc.)
- Provide support and training to operators on new practices
With the following skills and qualities, you will be successful:
- Bachelor's degree student in mechanical engineering or automated production engineering
- Whether this is your first or last internship, we tailor your assignments to your level so that you can progress and learn as much as possible
- Mechanical mind and good communication skills
- Autonomy, initiative, and sense of responsibility
- Strong interest in continuous improvement and problem solving
