Logistics Supervisor

In this position, you will have the opportunity to:

• Supervise and optimize receiving, warehousing, preparation, shipping, and transportation activities
• Ensure inventory accuracy and shipment compliance
• Supervise, train, and motivate the logistics team (task allocation, monitoring, evaluation)
• Monitor performance indicators (service, productivity, inventory, costs)
• Implement continuous improvements (LEAN, 5S, process optimization)
• Manage pallet rack compliance
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, quality, and regulatory standards
• Collaborate with production, purchasing, customer service, and carriers

With the following skills and qualities, you will be successful in this role:

• Proven experience in logistics or warehouse supervision
• Motivational leadership and good communication skills
• Organization, rigor, and results-oriented
• College diploma in industrial engineering, manufacturing, or equivalent experience
• Good understanding of manufacturing management practices (Lean manufacturing, Kanban, Kaizen, TPS, 5S)
• Good ability to master computer tools such as Office Suite and ERP software (such as SAP)
