Are you looking for an internship where you can really get hands-on, learn on the job and contribute to making things happen? At Soucy Baron, we offer you the opportunity to develop your skills in IT support, systems management and user services, all in a stimulating and collaborative environment.

Reporting to the IT Supervisor, you'll be at the heart of the company's technological operations.


In this internship, you will have the opportunity to :

  • Provide front-line support to users and ensure proper follow-up of computer hardware, software and communications equipment
  • Configure and install workstations, peripherals, printers and necessary software
  • Manage user accounts, network access and e-mail boxes
  • Administer smartphones, laptops and IP telephone system extensions
  • Write and update user procedures and technical documentation
  • Participate in IT projects according to your interests, resourcefulness and level of autonomy
Profile

With the following skills and qualities, you'll be successful:

  • DEP in computer support or computer technology in progress
  • Microsoft environment (LDAP, Active Directory, TCP/IP protocol, workstations, servers)
  • Self-reliance and resourcefulness
  • Analytical skills
  • Demonstrated customer service skills
  • Priority management
  • Communication skills
