In this position, you will have the opportunity to:

• Install, configure, and maintain computer equipment and software
• Provide technical support to computer users ranging from level 1 to 3
• Assist in resolving issues related to systems, networks, and applications
• Apply IT security measures, including updates
• Manage and maintain the IT inventory
• Participate in system optimization and technological process improvement
• Collaborate with other departments to deploy new IT tools and solutions
• Participate in the acquisition of IT supplies

With the following skills and qualities, you will be successful in this role:

• DEC in computer science
• Proficiency in operating systems (Windows)
• Basic knowledge of command line languages (PowerShell)
• Knowledge of networks
• Experience in technical support and hardware and software troubleshooting
• Ability to install, configure, and update equipment and software
• Independent, good team spirit, and ability to adapt to change
• Strong focus on internal customers (users) and understanding their needs
• Skills in complex problem solving, critical thinking, and analysis
• Good work ethic
