In this position, you will have the opportunity to:
- Coordinate various health and safety projects targeted within the strategic and operational plan
- Actively participate in the development of safety policies
- Promote OHS culture across all operations and coordinate prevention activities
- Implement a program to adapt to health and safety laws, standards, and regulations and ensure they are applied
- Be an active member of the health and safety committee, participate in the implementation of committee activities, and recommend initiatives
- Provide support during investigations and analysis of accidents to identify root causes, corrective actions, and follow-ups
- Participate in the development and implementation of performance indicators
- Work as part of a team to conduct risk analyses of equipment and operations, as well as ergonomic analyses, based on established priorities
- Support operations for health and safety training

ProfileWith the following skills and qualities, you will be successful in this role:
- DEC in Environment, Health, and Safety or Certificate in Occupational Health and Safety or any other relevant training
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar position within a manufacturing company
- Very good knowledge of applicable laws, regulations, and standards
- Autonomy; the candidate knows how to take charge of entire projects and follow through on them
- Ability to manage several projects simultaneously
- Knows how to create and maintain good relationships with employees
- Good influencing, planning, and analytical skills
- Good time and priority management skills
- Results-oriented and problem-solving
