In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
- Provide a warm and professional welcome to customers, visitors, and contractors, and coordinate their check-in according to established procedures
- Answer customer phone calls and transfer them in a professional, respectful, and confidential manner
- Provide ongoing support to the Customer Experience team to optimize service quality and customer satisfaction
- Enter, validate, and update data in various systems and customer portals
- Prepare, format, and review various administrative documents
- Collaborate with various teams to support daily administrative operations
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and the efficiency of administrative activities
- Perform any other related tasks related to administrative support and customer experience
