Your Responsibilities Will Include:
- Coordinating inbound and outbound Canada/U.S. full truckload (FTL) and less-than-truckload (LTL) shipments, from request to delivery.
- Dispatching and overseeing dedicated customer orders.
- Negotiating competitive rates with carrier partners across Canada and the United States.
- Responding to customers' transportation inquiries by phone and email.
- Identifying new transportation providers and developing business relationships with them.
- Entering customer quotes and orders into the system.
- Providing excellent customer service.

Education and Experience:
- Relevant education, training, or certification in logistics (preferred).
- Minimum of 2 to 3 years of relevant experience.
- Experience working for a transportation brokerage (asset).
Knowledge and Qualifications:
- Bilingualism (French/English) required.
- Knowledge of transportation laws and regulations (asset).
- Knowledge of Canadian and U.S. geography (asset).
