Industrial Mechanic

Reporting to the Maintenance Director, you will:

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on textile production equipment (industrial sewing machines, conveyors, motors, etc.)

• Diagnose mechanical issues and carry out necessary repairs

• Ensure equipment runs smoothly to minimize production downtime

• Collaborate with operators and other maintenance team members

• Participate in projects related to the Health & Safety Committee and company initiatives

• Manage inventory of parts in the maintenance shop

• Carry out other maintenance-related tasks as needed

• DEP in Industrial Mechanics or Electromechanics, or equivalent experience (2 to 5 years)

• Hands-on experience with small machinery, ideally in a manufacturing environment

• Solid knowledge of mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems

• Ability to read technical plans and schematics

• Comfortable using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Teams) and CMMS software

• Hourly wage between $28 and $34, with 40 hours guaranteed per week

• Opportunity for overtime
