Smardt is in full expansion and we’re hiring Electrical Assemblers for our Dorval (close to blvd. des Sources) and Kirkland (close to blvd. St. Charles) locations! Here’s a preview of what you’ll be doing
- Interpret electrical schematics and drawingsto assemble control and power panels
- Perform panel mounting, wiring, and cable routing(2 AWG to 4/0 DLO)
- Use hand tools, power tools, and assembly equipmentsafely and effectively
- Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair components as needed before final packaging
- Prepare and organize materials for efficient assembly
- Ensure all work meets quality and manufacturing standards
- Other duties as required.

Requested skills
You must be able to:
- Work at heights, lift 50 lbs. / 23 kgs.
- Walk extensively in an industrial setting and stand for prolonged periods of time
- Work the available shifts including overtime (as needed)
- Wear the required PPE without restriction (safety glasses, steel-toe boot, other equipment as required)
- Attend and pass all job-required tests and job-specific training, as required
- Communicate in French (or be in the process of learning), and English (to interact with part of our clientele and international team.)

- French is required to communicate with our team in Québec.
