Benefits

Working on the road doesn’t mean working without structure. We are looking for electromechanics who enjoy field work in clean, safe, and well-organized environments, using modern tools and state-of-the-art equipment to perform mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic repairs on access equipment, such as scissor lifts and aerial platforms.

We specialize in lifting people — through both our equipment and our people. If you enjoy field diagnostics, autonomy, and want to grow professionally in a role where your expertise truly matters, this position may be a great fit.

The role is primarily road-based, mostly within the region, allowing you to return home most evenings. From time to time, depending on operational needs, travel outside the region may be required, including occasional hotel stays to complete service calls.
Workshop-focused positions are also posted in parallel, with the opportunity for this role to perform occasional shop work as well.

Responsibilities
  • Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues at customer sites.

  • Perform service calls on access equipment.

  • Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance in the field.

  • Represent the company professionally with customers.

  • Follow all health and safety procedures rigorously.

  • Complete service reports and technical recommendations.

  • Work closely with the workshop and service teams.

Profile
  • DEP in electromechanics or equivalent training.

  • Relevant experience in road service or industrial equipment maintenance.

  • Strong diagnostic skills and high level of autonomy.

  • Well organized, able to prioritize effectively.

  • Professional, service-oriented mindset.

  • Valid driver’s license (required).

Assets
  • Automation / PLC knowledge (reading and troubleshooting).

  • Experience with motors, drives, sensors, hydraulic and pneumatic systems.

  • Field service experience with specialized equipment.

Conditions
  • Primarily road-based role, mostly within the region.

  • Occasional out-of-region travel with hotel stays.

  • Occasional workshop work possible.

  • Hourly wage between $34 and $43, based on experience and skills.

  • Structured environment, modern tools, and strong technical support.

  • Opportunities for growth and professional development.
