Operator – Day/Evening Shifts (6‑Month Contract)

The employee is responsible for the optimal manufacturing of epoxy products and liquids while complying with safety rules and quality requirements.

What You Will Be Responsible For:
  • Prepare mixes and manufacture products that meet quality requirements
  • Report to the team leader any product with quality issues or non‑conformities
  • Clean production equipment
  • Perform daily preventive maintenance on equipment
  • Complete and process required documentation
  • Receive and store materials using a forklift
  • Package finished products
  • Manually stack products on pallets or in storage racks
  • Follow all procedures of the environmental management program applicable to the work area
  • Work safely at all times and adhere to all company safety policies (PPE, lockout/tagout, confined space, safe lifting practices, etc.)
  • Report any unsafe working conditions, accidents, incidents, and near misses to the supervisor
  • Ensure general plant cleanliness, housekeeping, and yard sweeping according to applicable standards
  • Perform any other related duties
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or DEC
  • Forklift operator certification
  • 1 to 2 years of similar experience in a manufacturing environment
