Description
Reporting to the Plant Manager and Customer Service Manager, and working closely with the Customer Service Team Lead, the Customer Service Representative is responsible for the following duties:
Responsibilities
- Receive orders from customers and sales representatives, enter orders into the system, process payments, and forward orders to the logistics team.
- Review each order to verify products, quantities, pricing, shipping dates, and any special requirements, including export and technical documentation when applicable.
- Coordinate with team leaders, production, and inventory planning teams to ensure products are delivered on time.
- Respond to incoming calls and emails and provide existing and prospective customers with product information, specifications, order details, pricing information, and required documentation.
- Ensure complete customer satisfaction by coordinating with internal teams to resolve issues related to returns, credits, delays, and customer claims.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience.
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience with SAP and Salesforce is considered an asset.
- Bilingual in English and French, both written and spoken (French is not required outside the province of Quebec).
