Sales Representative - Junior

We’re currently looking for a Junior Internal Sales Representative who’s ready to launch their career in a dynamic, purpose-driven environment.

Your Role:

• Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or live chat

• Present our products and services in a clear and engaging way

• Understand customer needs and offer tailored solutions

• Work closely with our sales and customer support teams

• Maintain accurate records in our CRM system (Dynamics 365)

• Contribute ideas to improve internal processes and client experience

What You Bring:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Customer-first mindset and eagerness to learn

• Comfortable with digital tools and working in a structured environment

• Motivated by teamwork and client satisfaction

Assets (but not required):

• First experience in internal sales, customer service, or retail

• Knowledge of agriculture or farm management software

• Bilingual (French/English)
