Your role as an assistant:

  • Receive and qualify requests from clients and prospects before ensuring they are handled by the sales team.
  • Support the sales team in achieving their objectives.
  • Provide customer service as needed.
  • Appropriately document all interactions with clients.
  • Handle and process occasional commercial requests.
  • Ensure payment collection and manage cancellations.
  • Conduct follow-up calls after new client purchases.

Requested skills

What you need : 

- Experience in client service is an asset.

- Knowledge or strong interest in agriculture or accounting.

- Computer knowledge.

- Experience with CRM software is an asset. (It doesn't matter if you don't know it as long as you have the ability and determination to learn).

- Customer experience in a technological environment

- You must be an autonomous person, resourceful, team player.

- Objective judgement and quick decision-making skills.

- Organized, excellent communicator.

- Bilingual (English/French - asset).
