Description
Your Role:
- Guide clients remotely to resolve issues encountered in their software
- Support clients until they are fully satisfied with the accounting software
- Share your accounting knowledge and support the team with specific client requests
- Properly document all interactions with clients in the CRM
- Ensure high-quality customer assistance, prioritizing availability and responsiveness

- DEP, AEC, or DEC in Accounting
- Knowledge of the Windows environment and Office 365 suite
- Interpersonal and communication skills (spoken and written)
- Autonomy, resourcefulness, and ability to work in a team
- Good judgment and ability to make quick decisions
- Experience in customer service for IT support (asset)
Additional Assets:
- Knowledge of SigaFinance or SigaFinance Evo software
- Experience in customer service for IT support
- Knowledge of the agricultural sector
- Bilingualism (French/English)
