Technical Project Manager (Branding & Systems Integration) for large integration with client in the Insurance Industry

Location: Toronto, Mississauga or Westmount - 3X a week

Hours: 40

Contract: 1 year + extension (multi-year engagement)


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the rebranding of digital assets (customer, broker, and internal).
  • Partner with the existing Business Program Manager (strategy lead) to execute on delivery.
  • Engage in technical discussions with development, testing, and environment management teams to identify and mitigate system impacts.
  • Oversee environment management: creation, deployment, coexistence, and integration touchpoints.
  • Bridge the gap between technical teams and business stakeholders - ensuring technical complexities are clearly articulated in business terms.
  • Manage multiple concurrent projects where environments must co-exist with other initiatives.
  • Provide leadership in high-pressure timelines with minimal ramp-up - hit the ground running from day one.
  • Identify scope constraints and communicate risks, impacts, and options effectively to stakeholders.


Qualifications & Experience:

  • 7+ years of experience as a Technical Project Manager with a strong focus on technical delivery and environment management.
  • Proven track record managing complex projects with multiple dependencies, environments, and integrations.
  • Ability to ask the right probing questions of technical teams to understand system changes, testing impacts, and integration requirements.
  • Strong experience bridging business and technical teams, with excellent communication and storytelling skills for stakeholder updates.
  • Demonstrated success delivering projects under fixed timelines and high-pressure conditions.
