Tech Lead (React/Node)

We’re looking for a Tech Lead with strong full-stack experience in React and Node.js to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who leads by example, mentors developers, and drives technical excellence across the team. You’ll play a key role in shaping our engineering culture, improving development practices, and delivering high-quality software.

• Lead and mentor a team of developers, fostering growth and technical excellence.
• Champion best practices in software design, testing, and deployment.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions.
• Architect and implement features across the stack using React and Node.js.
• Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback.
• Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks and technical challenges.
• Drive continuous improvement in development processes and tools.

• Proven experience as a Tech Lead or Senior Developer in a full-stack environment.
• Strong proficiency in React.js and Node.js.
• Solid understanding of modern front-end and back-end development practices.
• Experience with RESTful APIs, microservices, and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS).
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Passion for mentoring and coaching team members.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and agile methodologies.

• Experience with TypeScript.
• Knowledge of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Exposure to DevOps practices and infrastructure as code.
