Our Valued Public Sector Client is seeking an experienced DOORS Administrator to support large program. The successful candidate will be responsible for the administration, configuration, customization, and ongoing enhancement of the IBM DOORS requirements management environment in support of complex systems engineering initiatives.


This role will work closely with project stakeholders, and program leadership to ensure the DOORS platform is configured to meet operational and project-specific requirements, while maintaining data integrity, security, and process efficiency within a classified environment.


100% Remote contract. A valid Secret Security Clearance is required.


Responsibilities

  • DOORS Administration & Configuration
  • Administer and maintain the IBM DOORS environment supporting multiple projects and stakeholder groups.
  • Configure and customize the DOORS application to align with stakeholder and program requirements.
  • Establish and manage user accounts, roles, permissions, and access controls.
  • Support the setup and onboarding of new projects, modules, schemas, and repositories within DOORS.
  • Implement and maintain governance standards, naming conventions, and configuration management practices.
