Job Description:

DBTS (GenAI Centre of Excellence / DTS Acceleration) is seeking a strategic leader to shape and advance enterprise governance orchestration for digital and technology solutions, including Generative AI. This role is pivotal in designing global governance frameworks, developing an orchestrated global governance approach, embedding responsible AI practices, and ensuring compliance with existing and evolving regulatory landscapes. The successful candidate will partner with Legal, Compliance, Privacy, Data, and Enterprise Risk Management and others to translate complex risks into actionable strategies that enable responsible global oversight and innovation while safeguarding trust.

Must haves:

• Proven experience in governance, ideally with exposure to Information Security, Privacy, compliance, data governance or risk management.
• Strong strategic thinking and ability to operate effectively in ambiguous environments.
• Large Program/Transformation project experience
• Proven ability to work closely with senior leadership
• Demonstrated executive presence, with exceptional communication and influencing skills.
• Ability to synthesize complex external trends into actionable governance strategies.
• MS Suite, MS Copilot, Jira, Confluence.

Nice to haves:

• Experience in enterprise governance frameworks and regulatory compliance.
• Governance experience, preferably in Information Security or risk management
• Ability to balance strategic vision with operational execution.
• Strong understanding of AI governance principles and evolving regulatory landscapes.
• Experience with transformation projects, preferably in a leadership position

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership

• Define and evolve enterprise governance approach for digital and technology solutions, including AI and emerging technologies.
• Translate regulatory and ethical requirements into clear, actionable strategies and approaches.
• Anticipate emerging risks and opportunities; align governance priorities with business objectives.

Governance Excellence

• Develop and enforce governance frameworks aligned with regulatory and internal standards in partnership with risk domain leaders.
• Integrate governance controls into technology development workflows and ensure adherence in partnership with technology teams and platforms.
• Monitor external regulatory developments and benchmark against industry best practices.
• Drive alignment and synergy between various regional and enterprise business and technology governance processes.

Innovation & Enablement

• Identify gaps and opportunities to strengthen governance processes.
• Champion responsible AI adoption and embed compliance into innovation initiatives.
• Mobilize cross-functional teams to deliver governance programs with measurable impact.

Stakeholder Engagement

• Build strong relationships across business units to drive adoption of governance standards.
• Communicate complex concepts clearly to senior leadership, influence decision-making.
• Lead governance forums and represent the organization in AI ethics and compliance discussions.
