Our client is looing for a Sr. Sharepoint Design support to design a modern Sharepoint experience.

Overview:

Looking to design a modern SharePoint experience that is consistent, intuitive, and scalable across multiple functional areas. The approach is to standardize each section of the site (e.g., Sustainability, HSSE, Cybersecurity, IT, AI/Digital) so they all follow a common structure and user experience.

Must Have's:

• 5+ years experience with Sharepoint Design
• Modern Experience
• Sustainability, HSSE, Cybersecurity, IT, AI/Digital

Responsibilites:

Each page would follow a repeatable layout, similar to the concept I shared, which includes:

• A top section with welcome/introduction content and search

• A consistent navigation/menu experience across all sections

• Featured content tiles (e.g., programs, reports, key initiatives)

• Supporting components such as media (videos/demos) and a document library with structured metadata

• A layout that allows for announcements or highlighted messaging

From your perspective, we’re looking for support in bringing this to life through:

• Information architecture and site hierarchy

• Page layout and visual design in SharePoint (modern experience)

• Structuring content in a way that is reusable across all sections

• Applying best practices for usability, consistency, and governance
