Our valued client is looking for a Sr. ServiceNow Architect to define, evolve, and govern enterprise-grade ServiceNow architecture, translate business requirements into scalable and secure solutions, and support long-term platform strategy.

This is a remote position, but if the successful candidate is in Ottawa, some occasional hybrid work may be required.

Tasks include:

• Serve as Architecture Owner for ServiceNow business solutions such as TPRM, BCM, Access Management, and core platform
• Define and maintain ServiceNow architectural blueprints and standards (using our internal C4 standard)
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to delivery teams
• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders on solution design
• Ensure performance, scalability, and security of the platform

Deliverables:

• Architecture Documents using C4 standard
• Alignment on Architecture Decisions according to standards
• Data models to standards
• Architecture Review Board presentation and documentation
• Risk Analysis

Must have:

• Reliability clearance
• ServiceNow platform and architecture experience 10+ years
• Experience with integrations, data management (CSDM), and APIs
• Familiarity with cloud environments and modern enterprise ecosystems
• Alignment with enterprise architecture and governance practices
• Strong understanding of security aspects
• Senior-level ServiceNow architecture experience with certification (CSA, CTA, risk space)
