Scope of Project: Supporting day to day infrastructure deployment for business - first role: insurance (API, batch), second role: Wealth Management (Client Servicing) third role: Client Advice (Investment Advice)

SUMMARY OF DAY-TO-DAY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead and manage a team of IT professionals who are responsible for end-to-end infrastructure technology delivery supporting our Wealth and Insurance technology business partners, with a clear focus on project planning, schedule management, scope, change and issues management, client communication and overall resourcing and financial costs on a longer-term basis.
• Responsible for project delivery for application sets within their scope, commissioning projects to be executed by technology partners.
• Act as a solutions integrator; provide a flexible approach by offering and negotiating options with clients that balance service levels, cost and risk.
• Develop impact assessments, manage delivery schedules, perform risk assessments to consistently manage project deliveries.

MUST-HAVE Hard Skills:

1.) 8+ years of experience as a Scrum Master

2.) Expertise in MS Project, Excel, Visio and Powerpoint

3.) Very strong communication skills, relationship building skills (giving timely updates, working with stakeholders etc.)

NICE-TO-HAVE

1.) PMI or ITIL certification, Safe6, scale, agile certs

2.) Technical experience with infrastructure projects - including cloud technology deployments

3. knowledge of insurance industry or wealth management
