Sr. SAP Program Manager with SuccessFactors and S/4HANA implementation experience to support our municipal client - 2022-630V-027

Duration: 12 Months

Location: Hybrid, 2x/week in Mississauga

Hours: 35/Week

Responsibilities:

- Responsible for the implementation, management, and evaluation of ERP/SAP programs and initiatives.

- Lead complex change initiatives and projects as identified and assigned (upgrades, servce delivery optimization, interfaces with other systems).

- Oversee seamless data migration, system integration and business process alignment across SAP S/4HANA SuccessFactors modules and workforce software.

- Work closely with ERP program team on implementation

- Assess key risk of the ERP implementation plan

- Identify strategies and critical issues to be resolved by the team

- Provide strategic input into ERP architecture decisions

- Act as principal advisor for the strategic and operational planning that aligns with ERP/SAP goal and objectives

Must Haves:

- 7 years in ERP/SAP implementation projects

- Hands on experience with modules such as: SuccessFactors, S/4HANA Finance, Procurement, Ariba, Concur, workforce software

- Proven experience with SuccessFactors Modules: Employee Central, Talent Management, Learning, Compensation and their integration with SAP S/4HANA and workforce software

- Working knowledge of various Program Methodologies: Agile, Waterfall, Lean, Kanban, Scrum, Prosci

- Proven ability to lead complex ERP/SAP transformations

- Experience managing vendor relationships, procurement processes, and performance management

- Understanding of continuous improvement in ERP/SAP environments

Must Have Certifications:

- Degree in Business, Commerce, IT or related field

- PMP

- One of the following:

o CSM

o PSM I

o MI-ACP

- SAP Certifications

Nice to Have:

• PROSCI
