Our Insurance client is looking for a Sr. Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC) Developer to lead CRM roadmap delivery on an Agile delivery squad. You will be a senior technical resource on the squad, leading hands-on development while mentoring intermediate and junior developers. The team operates on a steady bi-monthly release cadence and is delivering a roadmap of enhancements and new capabilities on a large-scale Salesforce FSC platform serving retail sales, advisor, and contact centre business units.


This team needs someone with deep practical FSC experience who has built and shipped in this environment before.


Must Haves

  • 7+ years hands-on Salesforce development
  • Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC) deep hands-on experience is critical; this is the core platform
  • Sales Cloud and Service Cloud hands-on development
  • Strong APEX development and Lightning Web Components (LWC)
  • API and integration experience. REST, SOAP, or platform event-based integrations
  • CI/CD Pipelines (GitHub) comfortable working in a DevOps-integrated release process
  • Experience collaborating with Solutions Architecture on platform and application design
  • Proven ability to lead and mentor junior and intermediate developers in an Agile squad


Nice to Haves

  • Salesforce Platform Developer or FSC certifications
  • Insurance or financial services industry experience
  • Experience with Salesforce data management tools, Process Builder, or Flow
  • Familiarity with Azure cloud environment


Responsibilities

  • Serve as the senior technical lead on an Agile delivery squad executing the Salesforce FSC CRM roadmap
  • Develop and deliver enhancements and new feature builds across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and FSC
  • Maintain a bi-monthly internal release cadence 2 releases per month with consistent quality and velocity
  • Lead technical design in collaboration with the Solutions Architecture team
  • Mentor and support intermediate and junior Salesforce developers on the squad
  • Manage deployments through CI/CD pipelines using GitHub in partnership with DevOps
