Our valued client is looking for a Sr. Project Manager to support the delivery of multiple complex enterprise-level initiatives related to Artificial Intelligence (AI), advanced analytics, and enterprise data modernization.

This is a hybrid position in Montreal (3 days per week in office)

Tasks include:

• Lead the enterprise AI and data initiatives from planning through execution and closure, ensuring strategic alignment and delivery excellence.
• Establish and support appropriate governance structures, including status reporting, risk management, issue escalation, and change control.
• Coordinate the work of internal teams and external service providers to ensure alignment with contractual obligations, timelines, and deliverables.
• Engage and manage relationships with senior stakeholders across business and IT domains.
• Ensure robust change control and benefit realization practices are in place.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, particularly those related to data management, regulatory compliance, security, and adoption.
• Provide executive-level reporting and communication on project status, risks, and outcomes.
• Monitor budget, schedule, and scope to ensure compliance with approved parameters.
• Ensure adherence to the organization's project management standards, enterprise architecture principles, and procurement policies.
• Support organizational change management and adoption activities related to AI-enabled and data-driven solutions.
• Champion agile delivery practices and foster a culture of continuous improvement in environments characterized by evolving requirements and technologies

Must have:

• Bilingualism (French/English) in speaking, writing, and reading
• Minimum 15 years of experience delivering complex IT or business transformation initiatives, including at least 10 years in senior project or program management roles
• Demonstrated experience managing enterprise-scale data, analytics, or AI-related initiatives, including data platform modernization, advanced analytics, or intelligence-enabled capabilities.
• Experience coordinating multiple delivery streams involving internal teams and external partners within structured governance environments.
• Proven ability to manage initiatives with elevated risk profiles and significant organizational impact
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, information technology, engineering, or a related discipline
• Strong understanding of enterprise data ecosystems, data modernization principles, and the fundamentals of AI-enabled solutions.
• Experience delivering initiatives using hybrid delivery models (waterfall, agile, or mixed).
• Strong analytical and documentation skills to support executive-level reporting and decision-making.
• Proficiency in project and portfolio management tools (e.g., MS Project, EPM)
