Our client is Canada's leading specialty pharmacy and patient services provider. They are looking for a Sr. Product Owner to lead the design and delivery of Salesforce Health Cloud solutions, focusing on patient-facing programs and clinical workflows.

You will serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical delivery teams, ensuring that Salesforce Health Cloud solutions meet patient, provider, and operational needs.

Duration: 10 Months (to start)

Responsibilities:

  • Product & Requirements Management
  • Partner with business stakeholders to understand patient support programs, clinical processes, and patient journeys.
  • Translate complex business requirements into functional specifications and user stories for engineering teams.
  • Own the product backlog: prioritize features, groom stories, and unblock delivery teams.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define what can and cannot be delivered within the platform.
  • Solution Design & Implementation
  • Work closely with technical teams to configure, test, and implement Salesforce Health Cloud solutions.
  • Ensure system functionality aligns with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
  • Expand product capabilities and explore new virtual care offerings, balancing innovation with feasibility.
  • Integrate Salesforce-based solutions with other systems supporting patient care.
  • Business Partnership & Optimization
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on specialty pharmacy programs, clinical workflows, and PSP operations.
  • Educate non-technical stakeholders on Salesforce capabilities and limitations.
  • Identify process improvements and recommend enhancements to improve patient and provider experiences.
  • Facilitate ongoing feature reviews and assess system performance against KPIs.

Must Have Skills:

  • 8+ years of Product Owner/Business Analyst experience; owning end-to-end requirement gathering to delivery/optimization
  • 5+ years of Salesforce experience, 3-4 years with Salesforce Health Cloud
  • Experience with customized Salesforce packages and translating business needs into scalable technical solutions
  • Background in Healthcare industry; understanding of specialty drugs, patient support programs, and/or clinical workflows
