Work Location: Hybrid - 2 days on site, 3 days work from home (have flexibility on when you need to come into the office)

Scope of Project: managing delivery to establish a portfolio management new model - portfolio support, defining program delivery management. Designing and implementing governance frameworks

Team Size/Culture: 6 people

CANDIDATE PROFILE DETAILS:

Degree/Level of Education: Posts secondary is an asset

Certifications Required: PMP, Scaled Agile or Scrum Certified certifications are an asset

Years of Overall Experience: 8-10 years of experience (flexible)

How will performance be measured:

Preferred/Ideal Candidate: managed in a PM function, managed portfolios or a book of work and knows how to communicate on financials, resource capacity planning etc. Banking experience is preferred

Job Description:

Accountable for direct or indirect day to day management of a team of IT professionals (including both permanent and contract resources) in supporting assigned business clients / internal partners / stakeholder needs and requirements. May be involved in negotiating technology costs and scope in forecasting, planning process with subset of business clients within an overall Segment CIO or within a key technology Functional area.

MUST-HAVE Hard Skills:

1.) 8+ years of Program/Portfolio Management

2.) Building portfolio governance frameworks, road mapping, resource and capacity planning, high level financial management

3.) Confluence and Jira experience

4.) Strong ability and experience designing and building foundational capabilities

NICE-TO-HAVE

1.) Clarity experience

2.) Banking experience is preferred

3.) Prior experience in software development, data management/data delivery - managing the lifecyle (standards, policies and procedures)
