Our End User Computing (EUC) Governance program has been going through major revolution to revamp the framework and controls around technology risks associated with the use of EUC assets across the bank. This role will involve in the day-to-day activities supporting EUC Inventory as well as stakeholders on Technology Asset Management throughout the EUC asset life cycle.

Key responsibilities include:

•Provide support to perform inventory analysis, development of on-going reporting, monitoring key trends to regularly measure Overall EUC portfolio risk.

•Responsible for day-to-day operations process management to ensure consistency and quality.

•Responsible for investigating production issues, testing of resolution and documentation

•When assigned to enhancement initiative, responsible to gather and document business requirements for the inventory system, liaison with technology team to review solution design and participate in other implementation activities.

•Interact with stakeholders to support questions related to general EUC standard and system how to.

•Where required provide support on Sharepoint content update & publication.

MUST-HAVE Hard Skills:

1.) Proficient in Microsoft Excel

2.) 5+ years of experience with exposure to cyber and technology risk assessments

3.) 5+ years of experience with ServiceNow

4.) 5+ years of experience using Jira

NICE-TO-HAVE

1.) Experience with Archer GRC
