Sr. Guidewire Functional Systems Specialist with proven experience with implementation of Guidewire Claims Centre

Start Date: January 2, 2026 to June 30, 2026

Term: 6 Months

Extension option(s): 6 Months


Must Haves:


  1. 10+ years experience in business analysis with a focus on end-to-end Claims processes and detailed knowledge of Guidewire ClaimCenter
  2. Strong experience with Guidewire on premise as well as Guidewire cloud systems specifically with GW Claim Center
  3. 10+ years facilitating agreement between several stakeholders and form clear and concise system requirement artifacts
  4. 7+ years as a business analyst supporting Guidewire product development, specifically ClaimCenter
  5. 7+ years in an Agile environment with exposure to SCRUM, and Lean methodologies
  6. 5+ years senior level communications experience including document prep, conducting workshops and presentation to executive level
  7. 5 + years of Strong experience with working in a multi-vendor environment and coordination between technology and business teams

Nice to Have:

  • ClaimCentre Cloud certified against the latest cloud release, with a minimum of Analyst Associate certification (although ACE level preferred)


Responsibilities

  1. Provide support to the technical teams and business clients throughout the enterprise by conducting in-depth analysis.
  2. Maintain effective working relationships with the business to discuss and resolve issues, understand current state and business processes, identify future needs and opportunities to fully support business data and report needs.
  3. Review, validate and make necessary updates to the requirements to ensure they are complete and free of ambiguity
  4. Create, review and maintain requirements traceability
  5. Facilitate requirements review and signoff with required stakeholders
  6. Perform other related duties as assigned or required.
  7. Participate in daily SCRUMs, forums, product demos and working groups varying in scope and complexity
  8. Work on reports and presentation materials.
  9. Provide input/feedback for Sprints planning
  10. Fill SCRUM master role if required
  11. Support all required streams, throughout all phases of the project, with clarifications around requirements, process flow system use cases etc.
  12. Perform testing activities as per defined Sprints schedule
