Description
Location: Hybrid - Downtown Toronto - 1 day onsite per week
Duration: 6-month contract with potential extension
Our banking client is seeking an Sr. C# Developer to support the Branch Technology Modernization team. The ideal candidate has strong experience in C# development and is comfortable working in a hybrid environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams to modernize branch technology solutions.
Must Haves
- 6+ years of experience in C# development using .NET frameworks
- Experience with desktop applications using WinForms
- Exposure to front-end technologies such as Angular
- Proficient in building and consuming APIs
- Strong understanding of SQL databases and backend service integration
- Experience working in Agile development environments
- Previous experience in banking or financial services (preferred)
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain C# applications as part of branch technology modernization.
- Work closely with front-end developers, testers, and business stakeholders to ensure seamless integration.
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices.
- Participate in code reviews and ensure high-quality software delivery.
- Troubleshoot and debug issues to optimize application performance.
