SUMMARY OF DAY TO DAY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop end-to-end solutions by analyzing/profiling/augmenting data, applying statistical methods and communicating results through illustrative visualizations.

• Work closely with business partners to gain deep understanding of the business and relevant objectives to guide the strategic direction of respective business and/or the enterprise

• Formulate relevant and significant data analysis through comprehensive profiling tools, segmentation, as well as bringing to bear advanced modeling and analytics

• Lead on the interpretation of complex business issues, generate multifaceted insights and find opportunities to help drive business growth or address business/enterprise needs

• Ensure team collaboration with partners on business problems/issues and provide fact-based analytical advice that aligns to strategy and drives shareholder value

• Work autonomously and accountable for acting as a lead within a specialized business management function and may provide work direction to others

• Provide top-tier specialized knowledge, advice and/or mentorship to various partners and team members

• Present and communicate generated insights and recommended business actions to stakeholders/ business leaders in an easily digestible manner

• Build and apply positive working partnerships to constructively influence and inspire partners where appropriate

• Call out data/process related problems and communicate to relevant teams in a timely manner and make recommendations for resolution


MUST HAVE:

1. Experience in creating interactive visualizations in Tableau, utilizing data models to tell a story with data. Some visualizations may mature into data products for either operational or executive audiences. 2yrs

2. Demonstrated ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications.

3. Experience with SQL, Tableau. 2 yrs

4. Experience of Python, PySpark and MS Azure cloud services (such as Azure Data Factory, Databricks, ADLS, Delta Lake, Azure SQL DB and Azure Synapse) is a strong asset. 2yrs


NICE TO HAVE

1. A working knowledge of dimensional modeling and data warehousing methodologies

2. Experience using PowerBI
