Sr. Business Analyst to support a Data Architecture and Platform Project

Our valued client is looking for a Sr. Business Analyst to support a Data Architecture and Platform Project.

Tasks include:

• Lead business and requirements analysis for the Data Analytics and Platform initiatives
• Engage internal clients to gather, document, and validate functional and reporting requirements
• Translate business needs into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and project specifications
• Work closely with project/technical teams to ensure deliverables and solutions meet defined requirements
• Facilitate workshops, backlog refinement sessions, and sprint reviews
• Support prioritization of project use cases aligned to divisional value and enterprise strategy
• Track requirement traceability and manage scope throughout sprint cycles
• Assist in user acceptance testing and ensure solutions meet business expectations

Must have:

• Reliability clearance
• Approximately 7+ years of experience in business analysis within technology or data projects
• Proven experience working on data management/governance and data platform initiatives
• Strong requirements elicitation, documentation, and stakeholder facilitation skills
• Experience working in fast-paced, multi-stakeholder, Agile delivery environments
• Ability to bridge business and technical teams effectively

Nice to have:

• Experience working as a BA in a data environment that includes Python, Excel, and Power BI
