Description
Our municipal client is looking for a Sr. Business Analyst to carry out requirements gathering for a ServiceNow project.
Tasks include:
- Carry out requirements gathering, documenting functional requirements as workable tasks
- Contribute to teams in both waterfall and agile environments
- Contribute to gathering and documenting functional requirements, using epics, user stories, sprints, etc.
- Schedule follow-ups with various lines of business in requirements gathering process
- Contribute to technical analysis, interacting with developers and technical teams
- Bridge gaps between functional lines of business and technical teams and support understanding through testing efforts
Estimated Start date: April 2026
Work mode: Remote, would prefer candidates in the Ottawa region
Must Haves:
- Eligible for the client's internal security clearance
- Prior experience as a Business Analyst, gathering requirements from functional users, and bridging the gap with technical teams
Nice to have:
- Prior experience as a Business Analyst for ServiceNow projects
AI may be used in evaluating candidates.
