Sr. BSA with Data Modeling and Business Process Modeling experience to lead project, product and operations teams through large complex initiatives for our insurance client.

Duration: 12 Months

Location: Hybrid (3 Days per week in Toronto, ON)

Responsibilities:

• Leads and orchestrates the overall analysis, scoping, estimating and planning for large or complex initiatives.
• Leading the analysis of business problems and developing requirements**, product* specifications and contribution towards product design efforts.
• Supports project, product and operations teams by sharing skills and mentoring. This role leads the work to implement solutions to complex problems, which may be independently or through leading or supporting the collaboration with other stakeholders.
• Ensures solutions and configurations meet business requirements and enterprise-level policy guidance (e.g. architecture, security, risk) and ensures the translation of those processes, needs and requirements into related artifacts and documentation
• Partners with the QA team to ensure test strategies, plans and processes align with the business requirements and enables efficiencies in the work or testing process.
• Contributes to and/or actively promotes the development, review and implementation of new technologies, methods, improvements, practices and tools through learning, evaluating and adapting industry standards, methodologies and best practices that provide business value and demonstrate practice maturity.
• Is a trusted advisor within the business unit, management, internal and external partners.
• Provides direction and leadership to less senior professionals and is recognized as a technical analysis leader throughout the department.
• NOTE: The term "Product" can refer to an application, system, service, process, product configuration, infrastructure element, or other asset to be developed or modified.

Must Haves:

· University or College education in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Management Information Systems, Commerce, Business Administration.

· Proficient with data modelling techniques and tools, data mapping from source systems

· CBAP and Scrum Master Certification

· SDLC Methodologies including: Waterfall, Iterative, Agile

· Business process modelling, traceability and quality management techniques

· Analysis based leadership experience on large, complex projects, products or initiatives in a team environment

· Large project scoping, estimating, and work management

· Complex analysis and troubleshooting
