Our valued client is actively seeking a Sr. Bilingual Project Manager to lead and direct JD Edwards ERP projects and understand the impact of the implantations to the business in the Distribution industry.

Working hybrid (2 days in office/3 days remote) in Baie-D'Urfé, QC.

Responsibilities:

• Define project scope, goals and deliverables with senior management and stakeholders.
• Define project success criteria and communicate them to involved parties throughout project life cycle.
• Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools.
• Identify and manage project dependencies and critical path.
• Drive project teams through the project phases to meet milestones.
• Manage risks, opportunities, changes and conflict resolution within projects.
• Create project budgets and forecasts.
• Work closely with IT Finance to ensure accurate financial reporting
• Perform administrative tasks related to the projects such as: booking meetings, creating agendas, meeting minutes, preparing presentations and documentation.
• Develop best practices and tools for project execution and management.
• Conduct project lessons learned and provided recommendations in order to recognize successes and identify areas for improvement.

Must-Haves:

• 5+ years of Project Management experience
• ERP project experience with JD Edwards (JDE)
• Cloud and Networking project experience
• Excellent communication skills in French & English

Nice-to-Haves:

• Azure Cloud networking project experience with O365
• JD Edwards Enterprise One (E1)
• Azure Cloud
• PMI certification
