Position Title: Sr. Audio Video Engineer

Remote/Hybrid: Hybrid

Office Location: 81 Bay 14th Floor

Line of Business: Audio Visual - meeting rooms, Microsoft Teams-enabled spaces, in-room AV systems, processors, speakers, microphones, cameras, and collaboration equipment.

What does the LOB do?: Designs, integrates, tests, supports, and standardizes enterprise audio-visual and collaboration technologies, including:

Meeting room AV

Digital signage

IPTV

Audio/video collaboration platforms

Responsibilities:

We’re looking for an experience Audio Visual (AV) Engineer that will manage The Bank’s complex AV Environment. The successful candidate will be working on developing new standards, certifying standards in our LAB, and working with the Lines of Business to bring legacy meeting rooms up to standard.

Subject Matter Expertise - You will act as a consultant and specialist in the AV space in The Bank. Your vast industry experience and knowledge of various technologies will be used to provide incident resolution, solution design, and continuous improvement opportunities. Knowledge of legacy equipment, while an asset, won’t be as important as knowledge of modern technologies such as Biamp, Crestron, Evertz, Microsoft collaboration and Dante.

Vendor and Service Governance - You will ensure policies and standards are adhered to throughout the lifecycle of the product or service, and you will conduct routine vendor operational governance management.

Strategy & Roadmap - You will provide engineering consultation, and leadership for various solutions aimed at strengthening and maturing our enterprise voice services in The Bank, including service lifecycle management, currency, and optimizations.

Must Have Requirements:

• 5+ Years of Crestron experience

• 5+ Years of Microsoft Surfacehub experience

• 5+ Years of DSP experience (especially Biamp)

• 5+ Years of Dante routing / experience

Nice to Have:

• Broadcast technologies

• AQAV9000 CQD or CQT certification.

• Evertz

• Cisco Networking - ideally with the Catalyst series

• IPTV experience
