Selling Points of Position (CVP): Long term contract, will be interacting with stakeholders, strategic position and high visibility project for the Bank.
SUMMARY OF DAY-TO-DAY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Coaching RTE
Coaching PGO
Facilitating ceremonies with a scaled framework and guiding the team on how to facilitate them.
MUST-HAVE Hard Skills:
1.) Agile coach experience
2.) CICD
3.) FI experience
4) Infrastructure experience
5) Transformation experience
6) Leadership experience and qualities
