Our client is looking for a


Must Haves:

  • 10+ years' experience as a Project Manager delivering large-scale IT and operational enhancement Projects, integrating technology solutions with business operations.
  • Manage delivery across a complex matrix organization, coordinating business, technology, data, integration, and change teams without direct reporting authority.
  • Apply experience within a data‑intensive, integrated enterprise environment, understanding data flows, system dependencies, and platform limitations.
  • Expertise in creating detailed Project plans, budgets, and resource forecasts.
  • Strong skills in planning, scheduling, and managing resources to ensure timely completion of the Project.
  • Significant experience working closely with Organizational Change Management (OCM) teams to ensure seamless adoption of system and process changes.
  • Experience with both Waterfall and Agile Project delivery methodologies.
  • Ability to manage third-party vendors and their deliverables, including contracts and SOWs.
  • Strong proficiency in Project management tools like MS Project, reporting tools such as Power BI and advanced Excel skills.


Nice to have:

• Experiencing managing projets in the utilities space ideally within Distribution Gas Information System (DGIS)


Responsibilities:


  • Expertise in adhering to and executing within governance frameworks, compliance standards, and Project methodologies (e.g., Waterfall, Agile).
  • Skilled in managing RFPs & procurement, product and vendor selection, third-party vendors, contracts, and statements of work (SOWs).
  • Manage the full project lifecycle, ensuring alignment of technology with business objectives and operational needs.
  • Strategic Collaboration: Work closely with the OCM Lead to design and execute change management strategies, ensuring successful adoption of process and system changes.
  • Establish and maintain strong credibility with executives, steering committees, and frontline teams to align project goals and outcomes.
  • Confidently present project updates, risks, and milestones to executive stakeholders, while translating technical information into actionable insights for business users.
  • Balance technical implementation with operational business processes to ensure the project delivers measurable business value.
  • Governance & Reporting: Adhere to governance frameworks and provide regular updates on progress, risks, and variance to leadership teams.
  • Proactively identify, mitigate, and resolve risks and challenges.
  • Collaborate with technical teams, OCM, and business stakeholders to execute project deliverables effectively.
  • Manage 3rd party vendor SOWs and work authorization, tracking progress against milestones
