As the successful candidate, you will be responsible for leading the implementation of complex software projects, particularly in Field Service Management, while serving as a trusted consultant for end clients primarily in the O&G industry.
Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end architecture design for IFS FSM, ensuring alignment with field operations, customer service, and mobile workforce requirements.
- Facilitate discovery sessions, technical workshops, and solution design reviews with stakeholders from both merging organizations.
- Define system integration points, business process flows, and data strategies for field service activities.
- Provide architectural oversight across functional areas such as work order management, mobile service, dispatch, scheduling, and customer communication.
- Collaborate with project managers, business analysts, and configuration teams to ensure timely and quality delivery of solution components.

- Act as a trusted advisor to client stakeholders on IFS FSM best practices and implementation strategy.
- Contribute to governance activities and technical documentation throughout the project lifecycle.

- 6+ years of experience as a Solution Architect, Functional Lead, or Technical Consultant in enterprise software implementations (especially FSM, EAM, and ERP solutions).
- Experience working in professional services, systems integrator, or consulting environments delivering enterprise software solutions.
- Strong, hands-on experience with IFS FSM in a design, architecture, or delivery capacity.
- Proven success implementing or configuring modules such as field service execution, mobile workforce, dispatch & scheduling, or customer service within IFS FSM.
Nice-to-Have Skills
· Familiarity with IFS Planning & Scheduling Optimization (PSO) or related dispatch tools.
· Experience working on large-scale organizational mergers or systems consolidations.
