Job Title: Solution Architect - Salesforce & Cloud Platforms

Summary:

We are looking for a modern Solution Architect who blends technical depth, delivery accountability, and client-centric leadership to accelerate The Bank's transformation agenda. You’ll architect and deliver robust, secure, and data-driven solutions on Salesforce and connected platforms.

• Architect & Deliver: Own the end-to-end solution design, integration, and implementation of Salesforce and cloud-based platform features-turning business goals into tangible, scalable outcomes.
• Drive Modernization: Advance platform modernization and accelerate the migration of data and services to secure, cloud-native, API-driven architectures; Azure, Databricks, Data Federation, Data Factory, Data Products, Microsoft Agent Framework, MCP
• Champion Operational Excellence: Establish and enforce library of design patterns, controls, and reusable frameworks that drive operational simplicity, security, and resilience.
• Risk & Compliance Leadership: Proactively identify risks, conduct premortems, and embed security, privacy, and compliance in every solution-ensuring zero defect/incident rollouts.
• Lead by Influence: Collaborate with business partners, developers, and technologists; communicate architectural vision and roadmap in business forums and senior technical councils.
• : Deliver with care, professionalism, and a commitment to real client and business outcomes, always using clear, relatable language in both design and stakeholder engagement.

Must Have:

• Mastery in architecting and implementing Salesforce solutions (FSC, Service, Sales, Experience Cloud, Data Cloud, CRMA), with proven integration of AI/automation and cloud-native patterns (Azure, Databricks, APIs).
• History of delivering complex, enterprise-scale programs with measurable impact on business productivity, operational risk, and data quality.
• Evidence of strong risk management, compliance rigor, and operational governance.
• Expertise in cross-team and cross-LOB collaboration, with a track record of influencing outcomes beyond your immediate team.
• Advanced communication: Able to narrate business value, document patterns/frameworks, and present in both executive and technical settings.
• Agile mindset and learning agility; always exploring new technology and enabling others to do the same.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related; Salesforce Architect and cloud certifications strongly preferred.
• Minimum 10 years’ experience in enterprise technology delivery, with at least 5 years focused on Salesforce or similar CRM/cloud platforms.
